The benefits of a career at fixio

  • Career Driven and Passionate Team. All too often is the word “passionate” thrown around for the profession. Our 3 youngest clinicians (<2yrs experience) are clinically more sound than most 5 yr out physios. You will be pushed to be a better clinician in mentoring them.
  • Mentoring and professional development. Even as the Clinical Lead this includes initial weekly 1:1 mentoring sessions on leadership and and clinical excellence.
  • Generous remuneration package including caseload bonus and allocated time for designing CPD, completing 1:1 mentoring sessions with the team, conducting co-consults and running CPD
  • Further study opportunities including our Specialisation Sponsorship where we support you through your Specialisation Training Program.
  • You get to work with a progressive team and technology (VALD forcedecks, hand held dynos, shockwave, full gym setup including reformers, leg press, squat rack etc. You want it, we’ll get it.)
  • Career Progression Pathways – we are a growing company. If team leaders want to be involved in business ownership then this is discussed early and plans put in place.
  • 50% coverage of CPD allowance for external courses and seminars with industry leaders for personal growth and skill development
  • 3x per year Culture Days, where we shut the clinic down, do a fun activity and drinks, and to learn more about each other via educational presentations, and hang out as a team.
  • Annual Retreat. We get away for 4-5 days each year as a team so we can learn, plan and unwind.

CAREER ASPIRATIONS THAT MATTER TO YOU

Clinical Excellence

Clinical Excellence

Foremost of our Fixio culture is the desire to be best in class. Each of our team members will self profess being growth oriented within the profession, lighting our fortnightly CPD sessions on fire! Most of our clinicians are aiming towards Titling or Specialisation. We teach, learn and help each other improve in clinic, in our experience and as humans.

Mentoring & Education

Mentoring & Education

Mentoring is uncapped and provided from your first week at Fixio. You have a clinical mentor as well as a life and career coach to ensure that you are consciously designing where you want to go. The desire to teach and mentor is common among our senior clinicians. We are constantly building growth opportunities for our expanding team.

Leadership & Growth

Leadership & Growth

We are cultivating leaders through our Culture Days and Annual Retreat. As a growing company, we need team members who are wanting to look further afield than their clinical load. We celebrate those team members by providing leadership opportunities such as Clinical Lead, Clinic director and buy-in opportunities for those people driven to take on more.

The Fixio dream is to have a team of clinical experts who work exactly when they want, seeing exactly who they want. Part of our Fixio Pathway is designing an ideal work roster to fit your ideal lifestyle. Studying your Specialisation? Working in elite sports? New bub at home? Desiring a 3 day weekend?
