Clinical Conditioning and Pilates Dee Why

Pilates is an integrated movement system that combines the flexibility of yoga whilst strengthening the muscles you need to function at a high level. It is a low impact approach that simultaneously improves your posture, balance and core strength – a great way to get you back to peak physical fitness.

All our Clinical Conditioning and Pilates classes at Fixio Dee Why are led by our qualified physiotherapists with full access to our reformers and therapy equipment. Every client that experiences the Fixio difference receives an individually tailored exercise program that is based on your level of exercise experience or specific injury needs. We look at your level of fitness and any injury goals and build a program collaboratively with that in mind. Whether you are recovering from knee surgery, pregnancy or a long distance runner wanting to improve core stability and lower limb strength your exercises will be tailored to your needs.

Clinical Conditioning and Pilates Dee Why

At Fixio we keep our group classes to a maximum of 5 clients so you can have the social side of a group class without losing the individualised attention. This means you won’t be at the back of a class following the people in front, you will be following your own unique exercise program, under the watchful eye of a highly trained physiotherapist. And unlike a regular group fitness class at the gym, a physio-led class entitles you to access “Physiotherapy” rebates with your chosen health fund.

Clinical Conditioning and Pilates Dee Why classes are used by elite athletes, weekend warriors, those trying to hit new fitness goals or people maintaining their fitness in a professional, safe environment. The age ranges for the people in 1 class is 16-85+! There will commonly be people completing their rehabilitation goals alongside athletes who are working to prevent injuries during their gruelling season.

At Fixio we believe that the key to our consistent results is: deliberate and goal orientated exercise programs led by professionals who passionately care about your results. Our Physiotherapists will be monitoring you closely to ensure correct form and to progress every exercise when appropriate.
