Fixio Physio Dee Why offers second opinion physiotherapy services for people who have complex or chronic pain presentations, who would like to receive another perspective to explore alternative non-surgical treatment options or to get clarity on the direction that their rehabilitation needs. A second opinion consultation from a Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist can help reassure you about your health, which allows you to make an educated decision about your path moving forwards.
In many cases people are given a diagnosis that doesn’t align with their views on their current health or symptoms; or they feel as though the healthcare professional didn’t listen to their needs adequately or give them the correct level of support. This is completely normal across the spectrum of healthcare. Receiving a second opinion at the time you feel it is necessary is highly encouraged by all medical professionals – it allows you to make confident decisions regarding your own treatment options by providing you with the education of all your possible management plans moving forwards. At Fixio Physio we firmly believe that you should be empowered to make the right choice for you when it comes to your health.
