Our Clinical Lead Role:
- Weekly 1:1 Mentoring with our Director
- Choose your own hours
- $100k base
- + caseload bonus. 50 pts/wk = 140-150k
- Paid for mentoring junior physios and running CPD for clinic ~4hrs per week
- Work from home approx 8hrs per week
- Solid CPD budget
- We set goals as individuals and as a team
- We holistically practice regular Culture Days

- Prior Physio Experience 6+ years and evidence of desire to learn and grow
- Ability to clinically reason through complex cases
- Drive to continue clinical excellence in self and others
- Leadership qualities and desire to lift others up
